Nedra Hotchkins
EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR
for Lubbock Children’s Health Clinic
Nedra L. Hotchkins is a passionate leader, advocate, and community builder who believes every child deserves access to compassionate, high-quality healthcare.
Leading with heart and purpose, and creating a welcoming medical home where children and families receive not only care, but support that strengthens their overall well-being.

She is known for bringing people together around a shared mission and for creating meaningful ways for the community to give back. A native of Oklahoma City, OK, Nedra lived in Salt Lake City, Utah for more than ten years, where she earned her Master’s in Education Leadership and Policy from the University of Utah. Her dedication to service and leadership has been recognized through several honors, including being named a YWCA Women of Excellence honoree in both Salt Lake City and Lubbock, Texas, as well as receiving the 2025 Kathryn Gilbreath Outstanding Fundraising Professional Award.
Above all, Nedra’s work is grounded in her belief in healthcare equity and community connection. Outside of her work, Nedra enjoys spending quality time with her husband and two young adult children. She loves traveling, hiking, and serving her community.

DR. ARRINGTON MADISON, MD
MEDICAL DIRECTOR
for Lubbock Children’s Health Clinic
Dr. Arrington Madison, MD came to Lubbock from the Dallas / Fort Worth area, but Lubbock has quickly become her home. Dr. Madison and her husband Bradley have a daughter named Kennedy. She enjoys spending time with family, sports, traveling, painting and celebrating life moments with friends. Dr. Madison received her undergraduate degree from Texas A&M University and her Doctor of Medicine from the Texas Tech University Health Sciences Center, before completing her residency with UMC and Texas Tech.​​​
After residency, she joined UMC Physicians serving at Kings Park Urgent Care and now UMC Children’s at 98th
and Frankford. Dr. Madison looks forward to contributing to the mission and “medical home” of Lubbock Children’s Health Clinic because she says “Advocating for children while working with and educating parents is what I love about pediatrics!”
